Project Management
Jen is a qualified lawyer and has extensive experience in project delivery. Having worked on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia, she is well versed in all aspects of procurement, contract administration and management.
Jen has a particular affinity for the establishment and operation of robust systems and processes to allow for timely and responsive client contract, procurement and supplier / subcontract management, including contract negotiation, payment claim assessments and responses to adjudication claims.
Having been with Nattam Partners since 2019, Jen prides herself on providing pragmatic and timely commercial advice whilst supporting our clients' own resources to develop and grow.
Rob has over 20 years' leadership experience in pre-contracts, design, planning, commercial and operational delivery of major, complex, and challenging infrastructure projects (Brownfield and Greenfield) for both Client Side and Private Sector, requiring not only his technical expertise, but also strong leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in different working environments. He is a strong believer that exceeding expectations requires building strong relationships, effective delivery assurances, pragmatic focus on issues resolution, and above all else setting a team up for success.
With a career specialising in providing a variety of Project Management and Technical Services for major infrastructure projects across Australia and the United Kingdom, Rob has developed significant experience in supporting all stages of the Project Lifecycle and delivering ‘Best for Project’ outcomes.
Ran de Fonseka

Ran is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years of diverse project experience across the globe. Having undergone professional quantity surveyor training, he has primarily focused on commercial management roles throughout his career.
His in-depth understanding of the contracting process stems from working on both client-side and contractor roles. When working with clients, he consistently delivers optimal contractor performance and ensures favourable outcomes for the clients he represents.
He is known for his discipline, self-motivation, and self-reliance. He can be relied upon to complete tasks efficiently and takes a proactive approach in supporting all aspects of the project process.
Karl Ramirez Cabral
Commercial Services
Karl is a degree qualified, diligent and process-oriented administrator with over 15 years broad sector experience in Australia.
Karl’s close attention to detail, coupled with his calmness in pressured environments, allows him to deliver a high standard of administrative support under very tight timeframes. He builds strong relationships with other functional areas to ensure requirements are understood and expectations are met.
Karl has been with Nattam Partners since February 2023 and supported our clients as an assistant contracts administrator and site administrator.
Ada Chiang MRICS
Commercial Services
Ada is a qualified and chartered quantity surveyor who has gained professional experience and practical skills from complex multi-disciplinary projects and well-established industry participants. She has a “can-do” attitude and is driven to achieve excellent outcomes by working together with other functional teams.
She has a strong focus on contract/procurement governance and commercial management at different project stages, providing contractual, procurement and cost control advice in addition to overseeing site operations and contracts administration. Her experience covers water pipelines and infrastructure, rails, roads, airport facilities, hotels, residential and commercial projects, whilst acting for a broad range of clients including government agencies, investor/developers, contractors, and consultants.
Nili Zarei
Commercial Services
Nili is a highly qualified Senior Contracts Administrator with over 7 years’ experience in building and civil construction in Australia prior to which she worked as an architect in Iran.
Nili thrives in high pressure environments and her ability to understand drawings and specifications allows her to translate these requirements appropriately and clearly into subcontract documents. This has the benefit of reducing the risk of scoping-related disputes.
Her work on behalf of Tier 1 builders, including CPB Contractors, Mirvac, Lendlease and Stockland, mean she is familiar with stringent corporate processes and procedures governing the diligent procurement and management of multiple subcontractors
Daniel Lee
Project Management
Daniel has over 15 years of experience in supporting the delivery of Road, Rail and Water Infrastructure Projects (both brownfield and greenfield) for both Clients and Contractors.
Daniel is a valued leader and presents a great attitude in supporting any challenges that the project team requires of him. He is highly regarded and would complement all major infrastructure projects in the capacity of Engineering Support or Project Management Services.
Daniel possesses the recognised qualification relevant to the position and the services. He is a competent Civil Engineer and has significant experience in supporting all stages of the Project Lifecycle of major transport infrastructure projects on both Client and Contractor sides. Daniel is also fluent in Korean.
